What is SNAP?

The Sealand Neighbourhood Agent Programme is G-KEAS Limited's network of independent, community-based agents who connect local African and Caribbean food stores with our premium Sealand dried fish range. As an agent, you work flexibly from your own area - identifying stores, introducing our products, and maintaining ongoing relationships that earn you commission on every order.

• You do not buy, carry, or deliver stock
• You do not collect money from stores
• You do not negotiate prices - our prices are fixed
• You do not invest any money upfront
• You are not employed by us - you work for yourself, on your own schedule

There is no financial risk to you.

Commission Structure

Acquisition Commission

Earn commission per case on the first five orders from every store you bring in:

After the fifth order, the store joins your monitoring portfolio and you keep earning on it.

Monitoring Commission

For each visit to an active store, you earn:

• £5.00 visit fee per completed store visit with submitted report
• £2.00 per case (fillet) and £1.00 per case (steak) reorder commission on every subsequent order from stores in your territory

All commission is paid only when the store has paid G-KEAS for their order.

What You Could Earn

Say you are assigned an area with 4 existing stores and you find 2 new ones in your first month:

• Your 2 new stores each order 2 cases of fillet: 2 × 2 × £15 = £60 acquisition commission
• You visit your 4 monitored stores fortnightly: 4 × 2 × £5 = £40 in visit fees
• Two of them reorder 2 cases each: 2 × 2 × £2 = £8 reorder commission

Month 1 total: £108 - and it grows from there. An agent covering 10 monitored stores while continuing to land new accounts can earn £200 - £400+ per month, all on a flexible, part-time basis.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for motivated, community-minded individuals who:

• Live in or near areas with African and Caribbean food stores
• Are comfortable visiting shops and speaking with store owners
• Can work independently and manage their own schedule
• Have a smartphone for submitting visit reports and staying in touch
• Are reliable, honest, and professional in their approach

No previous sales experience is required - we provide full training and support. This is a flexible, commission-based role ideal for anyone looking to earn extra income in their community.

Where We Need Agents

We are recruiting now across London (Peckham, Brixton, Woolwich, Tottenham, Barking, Dagenham) and in Nottingham, Birmingham, Coventry, Manchester, and Wolverhampton. Live somewhere else with African and Caribbean food stores nearby? Tell us - territories are assigned based on where you live.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer, within 14 days of month end, with a statement showing all your commissions and visit fees.

Am I employed by G-KEAS?
No. You are self-employed and responsible for your own tax affairs. You are free to do other work alongside this.

How much time does it take?
Entirely up to you. Most agents spend a few hours a week visiting stores in their area.

Can I lose money?
No. You never buy stock, and you earn commission whenever stores order or you submit visit reports.

What if I want to stop?
Either side can end the agreement with 14 days’ notice. No lock-in, no penalty.
